Detailed Story of Kai Tak: Revamping into a Commercial and Entertainment Hub

Recently I went to Nisugu🏢 above Sogo Department Store in Kai Tak🚇 new landmark "Gemini Plaza 1", this restaurant really gave me a big surprise🤩! It focuses on Spanish cuisine🇪🇸, but also Fusioned Japanese🇯🇵 elements, it's quite special✨!
The restaurant environment is quite stylish💫, the decoration is stylish and open, the semi-open design makes the whole space feel very spacious and comfortable😌. The best thing is that it has outdoor open-air seating🥰, you can see the unbeatable beautiful view of Kai Tak🌆, it feels quite romantic💖. Their lunch is Cafe☕, dinner is transformed into Bar & Restaurant🍸, whether you want to relax with a drink🥂, or eat a good meal🍽️, it is very suitable for Feel👍!
Drink 🍹, I ordered a cup of SUNNY ISLAND (Pineapple · Mango · Lactic Acid · Soda Water) 🍍, this drink is very fresh, sweet and sour 😋, with a little lactic acid taste, plus the bubbles of soda water 💦, really thirst-quenching, very suitable for summer drink! My friend tried their Cocktail MANGO COCO🥥 (Coconut Oil Washed Rum, Mango Grapefruit Juice, Lemon Juice, Yuzu Honey, Clarified Coconut Milk)🍸 🏝️, quite a surprise!
Appetizer Orange stained Hokkaido sashimi scallops🍊, full of fusion, scallop sashimi meat is plump and fresh😍, after using orange stains more fresh fruity flavor🌟, very appetizing.
Then there is the mint crab meat yuzu 🥚, it has a rich and fresh egg flavor, the mint sauce and crab meat 🦀 are plentiful, every bite can eat freshness 🤤, plus a little salmon roe 🐟, salty and a little sweet 💫.
Main course Spanish roast suckling pig with apple puree🐖 looks quite beautiful, suckling pig is the spleen, grilled until the skin is golden and crispy🔥, bite crispy, the meat is tender and juicy💧, not dry at all, with sweet apple puree🍎 together, can neutralize the greasiness of suckling pig☺️, make the whole taste more layered, really delicious👏!
Finally, the dessert is pistachio Basque cake🍰, the outer layer has a little burnt aroma🔥, the inside is moist and soft😋, the pistachio flavor is quite fragrant, the sweetness is slightly sweet, should be quite suitable for people who are afraid of sweet😆.
Overall📝, Nisugu is really a restaurant worth visiting, whether the environment, service💁 or food quality🍴 are good, they combine 🇯🇵 Japanese and Spanish cuisine 🇪🇸 quite well, it feels quite surprising ✨!
