🇭🇰 Celebrate your birthday at an Italian restaurant in Sheung Wan 🩷 and enjoy the world's most expensive shrimp pasta 🦐

This evening, I visited Gaia Ristorante, an elegant Italian restaurant. The lighting inside and outside was beautiful, and the overflowing wine rack inside was exquisite. 🍷 I was most looking forward to trying the world's most expensive Spanish red prawn spaghetti. 🦐 Spanish red prawns are incredibly rare, and their rich flavor makes them rare. 🥹

𝓦𝓮 𝓸𝓻𝓭𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓭:
🎀 Spaghetti with Carabineros Red Prawns $388 🦐 As a shrimp lover, I absolutely love it!! The shrimp flavor is incredibly sweet and rich, and the shrimp paste is fragrant and rich! I absolutely have to try it!
🎀 Wagyu Sirloin 300g (Special Menu) $328 🥩 The steak was incredibly crispy, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. The flavor is rich and goes really well with the mustard sauce. The salad, topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, was a great value overall!
🎀 Prosciutto, fichi e melone (Parma ham with cantaloupe and figs) $228 🍈 The cantaloupe slices were incredibly well-cut; the thin slices seemed to complement the Parma ham better than the usual large chunks!!
🎀 Tiramisu $98 - The chocolate added a little crunch for a unique texture!

The waiter was very attentive to our eating habits and served each course one by one. ✨ For birthday celebrations, the entire restaurant played the birthday song. 🎂🤣 The only minor downside was that the Happy Birthday plate didn't have my name written on it, but I enjoyed it so much I didn't complain. 🤣
