Personal Experience of the Dinner Buffet at The Excelsior Hotel

I previously had the opportunity to try the dinner buffet at The Excelsior Hotel. The venue is spacious and not overly crowded. There is a wide variety of food available, and among the selection, most dishes are quite flavorful. One dish I highly recommend is the abalone in spicy tomato sauce.

The reason I recommend the abalone in spicy tomato sauce is that the tomato flavor is rich, and the abalone is tender and chewy, making it very delicious.

However, the herb-roasted chicken could use some improvement. It was overcooked, making it too dry, and the chicken itself lacked flavor, which was disappointing. Aside from this issue, the rest of the dishes were generally good. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I look forward to having the chance to enjoy the buffet here again in the future.
