Putian Eel Festival has new dishes

The Putian Eel Festival is back. If you want to eat plump and firm eel, now is a good time! This year there are two more new dishes, namely golden crispy eel tail and black gold garlic grilled eel!

⭐️ Golden Crispy Eel Tail
The outer layer of eel is thinly battered, the appearance is golden and crispy, the eel meat is boneless and the bite is very good, with the sauce

⭐️ Crispy Garlic Chicken
The chicken skin is crispy and sprinkled with a lot of garlic. The chicken is flavourful and tender but not dry

⭐️ Pepper and sesame small bacon
The size of small bacon is just one bite, the texture is refreshing and bouncy, the pepper and sesame sauce has a feeling of getting spicier the more you eat, with a hint of sesame flavor, the bottom layer is paired with crisp cucumber, crispy and delicious

Also ordered a lunch one-person meal, which includes main course, side dishes and soup, and will be free of tea, good value for money!
The sweet and sour sauce pan-fried yellow flower fish is fried until golden crispy, the sweet and sour sauce tastes very cool, the sauce is very appetizing, the set also includes golden and silver egg lettuce, bamboo shoots crabmeat sea cucumber soup and a bowl of white rice, very rich!
