We thought this would be a quick trip, but upon entering the museum, we were captivated and captivated. We found ourselves slowing down and immersed in Picasso's world of art.
The museum isn't large, so it's easy to explore without feeling rushed. But don't underestimate it! From early academicism to Cubism and Surrealism, Picasso's paintings, sculptures, and drawings are on display. Each room features easy-to-understand descriptions, making it easy to follow even those with limited knowledge of art.
Most fascinatingly, the museum itself is a work of art! It seamlessly blends Renaissance and modern architecture, and the basement even contains archaeological remains from the Roman and Phoenician eras. Wandering around is like a journey through time, full of surprises.
This is a perfect place for the whole family. If you're short on time, you can see the highlights in 30-45 minutes, but if you prefer to take your time, it's definitely worth spending more time. Don't forget to browse the gift shop before leaving; it has many great souvenirs. Highly recommended!
