New Buffet Items: Traditional Salt-Baked Crab / Typhoon Shelter Prawns

This time, while my son was away at summer camp, I carefully planned a date night with my husband to enjoy a buffet dinner. Before the school term starts, it's nice to relax a bit—parents also feel the pressure of their kids' academics. We went to the Premium Daikiya at Crocodile Center in Kwun Tong. For just $318 per person (plus 10% service charge), you can eat as much as you want for two hours—definitely worth the price! The food quality was excellent, no complaints. If you were to buy seafood or sashimi outside, it would be much more expensive. This time, I focused on sashimi and seafood like shrimp and crab. 🍣🦐🦀🦪

The staff were quick to clear plates, and towards the end, the manager even came to ask about the food quality, constantly striving to improve. They didn’t rush us to leave when we were almost done eating. Since we just returned from Osaka, I felt like I hadn’t had enough Japanese sake yet. 😁 Both my husband and I are sake lovers, and this buffet also offers unlimited hot and cold sake as well as beer—perfect for toasting and enjoying! For sashimi, I recommend the red shrimp, sweet shrimp, salmon, and yellowtail—they were all incredibly fresh and delicious.

Check out the latest food items and recommendations:
1. NEW Traditional Salt-Baked Crab: Fresh crabs are baked in a mound of coarse salt, using the heat from the salt to cook the crab meat. This method preserves the crab's natural flavor, with a hint of crab roe and a touch of salty aroma.

2. Typhoon Shelter Prawns: Made with fresh prawns, bursting with the aroma of fried garlic.

3. Grilled Golden Pillow Durian: After grilling, it becomes especially fragrant and sweet. Don’t miss this seasonal treat (available for a limited time).

4. Upgraded Teppanyaki Foie Gras Toast: Thickly sliced and flavorful, with a crispy exterior and tender interior. Definitely worth it for foie gras lovers.

5. Grilled Herb Lamb Rack: Not chewy at all! The lamb flavor is rich and aromatic—you’ll regret not eating more.

6. Butter-Steamed Clams: The clam meat is fresh and sweet with no sand, complemented by a light buttery aroma. I even wanted to drink the clam broth!

7. My favorite fruit—Rambutan: Even better than lychee, very sweet and fresh. It helps with digestion and boosts immunity.
