Fresh Sashimi

Today, I wandered around Causeway Bay not knowing what to eat❓ Finally, I decided to have a dinner buffet for two at "Gokushang Daikiya" 🌙

Sashimi 🌊: Ordered Thai-style tiger prawns 🇹🇭, abalone slices, razor clams, surf clams, and sea snails 🐚. All were fresh and crisp, allowing us to savor the natural flavors of the ingredients 😌. The Thai-style tiger prawns paired with Thai spicy and sour sauce and garlic slices 🌶️🧄 were aromatic, spicy, and authentic 🤤.

Sushi and Hand Rolls 🍣: Soft-shell crab rolls, eel rolls 🐟, and tamagoyaki 🍳.

Special Dishes 🥢: Golden garlic grilled oysters 🦪. The oysters were large, juicy, and grilled to perfection, making them irresistibly flavorful 😝.

Grilled Items 🔥: Grilled zucchini and pineapple were sweet and juicy 😋. The grilled durian brought out the rich and sweet aroma of the fruit 💯.

Fried Items 🍤: Crab stick tempura 🦀, durian bombs, crispy milk, and purple yam balls 💜. All were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served hot 😙.

Cold Dishes 🍽️: Chilled seafood including mussels, clams, and shrimp 🦐, as well as Tom Yum squid wings 🦑 and drunken chicken wings marinated in Chinese wine 🐓.

Hot Dishes 🧆: Lamb brisket, perfect for winter 👍🏻.

Desserts 🍮: Double-boiled fresh milk with snow swallow. The texture was just right, with a rich milky flavor 😛, firm and bouncy 😆, and moderately sweet. The addition of snow swallow made it very nourishing ☺️.

Drinks 🥤: Options included soda, coffee ☕️, plum wine 🥃, hot sake, cold sake 🍶, and strawberry soju 🍓🍾.
