Two Days and One Night in Hong Kong: Top Three Favorite Food Spots!!
Kau Kee Beef Brisket
Located in Central, Kau Kee is famous for its beef brisket dishes, especially the clear broth beef brisket and curry beef brisket. They offer a variety of noodle options, including e-fu noodles, thick noodles, rice noodles, and flat rice noodles. We tried the superior broth beef brisket e-fu noodles and curry beef tendon beef brisket e-fu noodles. Both bowls had incredibly delicious broth and noodles, though the beef brisket was slightly tough. However, the amazing broth and noodles made up for it.

Australia Dairy Company
Located in Jordan, many people say the staff here are not very friendly, but during our visit, we found them quite pleasant. We ordered the scrambled egg toast and chilled steamed milk with egg whites. The scrambled eggs were incredibly smooth and paired perfectly with the toast. The chilled steamed milk with egg whites comes in both hot and cold options; we chose the cold one. It had a moderate sweetness, a silky texture, and a delightful milk aroma.

Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Pan-Fried Buns
This chain has several branches in Hong Kong, and we visited the Central branch. Seating is limited, but we tried the original flavor, shrimp, and truffle buns. The description "thin skin, crispy bottom, fresh filling, juicy explosion" truly matches the taste. They were absolutely delicious, and the size of each bun was just right. All three flavors were excellent.
