I'm particularly excited for my second visit to #ShengJiSeafoodRestaurant in Sai Kung, a restaurant known for its fresh and creative cuisine. The same seafood, cooked differently, always offers a new surprise!
🍴 Highlights of this meal: ✨The crispy and chewy cold razor clams, served with minced garlic and sesame seeds, are incredibly appetizing. ✨The West Lake Pork and Clam Soup with Clams is incredibly savory.
Adding coriander, mushrooms, and tofu, it creates a rich, layered flavor. ✨The crispy deep-fried oysters, wrapped in lettuce, perilla leaves, and a sour, fragrant tartar sauce, are crispy, tender, and juicy. ✨The crispy deep-fried eggplant becomes even smoother after peeling, with no residue at all—a pleasant surprise! ✨The scallion-infused abalone casserole arrives steaming hot, the abalone thick and flavorful, with a hint of scallion aroma. ✨The secret recipe zebra mantis shrimp is a must-try! The salted egg yolk coating is crispy, the shrimp is chewy, and the shrimp paste bursts with flavor. ✨Stir-fried Lotus Root with Vegetables: I personally like the crispy lotus root and mushrooms for a balanced taste. ✨Fresh Shrimp and Scallion Oil Noodles: The noodles are evenly coated with the sauce, and the shrimp balls are large and chewy. ✨Homemade Yakult Cake and Pomelo Cake: A refreshing finish, perfect for a perfect meal.
