On a sunny day 🌞, I went to #Saigon #Shengji Seafood Restaurant for lunch with friends!
Think it's just your average seafood meal? Wrong! Their dishes are not only beautifully presented, but also creative and delicious.
Start with the delicious #CrispyFriedCuttlefishCakes. These hand-made cuttlefish cakes are springy and delicious.
The #ShrimpMustardMangoSalad features diced fresh fruits like mango, dragon fruit, and pear, along with prawns and a mustard-sesame sauce for a sweet and sour appetizer.
After the cold meal, we warmed up with the nutritious #Tomato, Potato, Papaya, and Fish Soup. The broth is sweet and rich, a must-try at Shengji!
The #ClamTea Bowl Steamed Clams are sweet and juicy, and the egg is smooth. Absolutely perfect!
I thought it was just some ordinary corn grouper, but the moment it arrived, this #LongTongZhuFriedCornyGrouper surprised everyone. The fish pieces were fried to perfection, even the fish bones were fried whole and crispy and delicious!
#Three Scallions Stir-fried Crab: Thick crab meat is stir-fried with scallions, onions, and green onions. Besides its freshness, the sweetness of the three scallions is enhanced by the refreshing sweetness of the three scallions. Stir-fried crab is always a favorite, and this three scallions dish is no exception.
#Salt and Pepper Garlic Chicken Wings: The presentation is designed to resemble a seaside island, and the fried chicken is tender and fragrant. Be careful with the burn!
#Abalone and Scallop Lotus Leaf Rice: The giant lotus leaf rice is generously filled with bouncy Dalian abalone, scallops, shrimp, lean meat, and more. The rice is fragrant with lotus leaves, yet not too soggy. What a surprise!
We even had special fruit carvings that day, in keeping with the theme of the white rabbit admiring the moon outside!
