🚢 Hong Kong Star Cruises · Free restaurant meals + onboard facilities experience

To be honest, the biggest surprise on this Star Cruise is the three free restaurants on board that will make you want to get off the ship! 😆

🍽️ 1. Sophia Restaurant (must!)

This is arguably the most popular restaurant on the ship, with an elegant and comfortable environment. I think it's worth going at least twice or more ~
But note: the restaurant is not very big, so there will be a long line once it’s meal time, they are handing out tickets to get seated. If you go late, the tickets will be distributed within almost an hour. If you really want to eat, you have to go to the queue early, or send a friend to walk to pick up the tickets first, which saves a lot of time. We only got to eat once in our five meals, and there was really no room at any other time! 😂

🍳 2. Lido Buffet Restaurant (Breakfast Recommendation!)

For breakfast, my favorite is the Lido buffet, with enough food choices, both Chinese and Western, and waffles made on the spot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, super delicious! 😋
Another option is the Chinese restaurant, the breakfast is buffet style, the style is rich, but than below I love the Lido more, feel more relaxed and comfortable.

🍲 3. Chinese Restaurant (Lunch & Dinner)

You can try the Chinese restaurant for lunch and dinner. The quality of the food is quite good. However, the first day was much late because we arrived at nine, many dishes were eaten, the first meal experience was slightly discounted. Then we learned better and arranged for someone to go early to get the ticket every time, so it was no difficulty at all

• Sophia: Go early to line up/get a ticket, don’t be in a hurry, sigh slowly.
• Breakfast: A must-try Lido Buffet, don’t miss out on the waffles!
• Dinner: Schedule people to pick up tickets early to avoid emptying out.

The dining at Star Cruises is really commendable, the choice is plentiful and quality, not only do you eat well, but you also eat well. Every meal was so comfortable, satisfying, and really a big highlight! ✨
