Inspiration Lake

Inspiration Lake is an underrated gem in Hong Kong, especially for budget travelers. It’s located next to Hong Kong Disneyland, but unlike the theme park, it doesn’t cost a thing to enter. The man-made lake is stunning, with fountains shooting up in the middle and a wide walking path circling it. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with lots of space for kids to play and adults to relax. I spent a few hours here reading and people-watching, and it was one of the most peaceful parts of my trip. It’s a perfect picnic and leisure spot that won’t hurt your wallet. #hkonbudget
