Went to the newly opened Zen by Tera in Ma On Shan🤍 As soon as I entered, I felt the whole environment was very comfortable, simple and somewhat Zen😌 Sitting quietly for a drink, I immediately slowed down half a beat🤗

Must try their signature "withered mountain water"🍵✨ A tray on the table, with fine sand and wooden rake, you can draw your own patterns, like playing mini sand table meditation 🌊 Then slowly put six matcha desserts on ❤️ milk jelly, cake, madeleine, mousse, stone cookies and leaf cookies, each is exquisite and just right, bite into matcha flavor full, very healing💚

For savory food, I highly recommend the onion tuna paste sushi taco🌮🐟 Crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside, the fish paste is very delicate, add the onions together, fresh and surprising 👍

Other desserts are quite playful, tried the marshmallow chocolate marshmallow waffle 🍫☁️ Crispy on the outside and smooth in the middle😍 Pistachio Assorted Nut Soufflé Light and crispy Nut flavor🌰🍓 There is also a very special tofu coffee☕️ Smooth tofu with bitter coffee, feels quite fresh🥰

The whole shop has a very chill vibe🪷 The food is beautiful and thoughtful, it's perfect for taking pictures and enjoying it slowly📸💭
