Shrimp balls/meat balls are all freshly beaten and kneaded on the day. The beef/shrimp meat is minced into puree and mixed with heavy-flavored black truffles or salted egg yolks and kneaded by hand. Cook the surface for a while and you can taste it. It tastes fresh and sweet and has a bouncy mouthfeel.

The soup is very good. The soup is boiled with crab and sand white on the spot. The original soup alone is delicious. You don't need to order any sauce.
