A few days ago, I visited a Japanese restaurant in Cheung Sha Wan — @yuyusushi 🤩🤩
The restaurant specializes in authentic Japanese cuisine 🎌, featuring fresh ingredients directly imported from Japan! The interior is designed with a minimalist wooden theme, offering a spacious and comfortable dining environment.

🍜 Prawn Tempura Udon $98 ✨
Generous portion! The tempura includes prawns, eggplant, pumpkin, and shiitake mushrooms, all fried to a crispy and fluffy perfection, with a delightful aroma 🤤🤤
The udon is served in a large bowl, with a chewy and springy texture that holds the broth well! If you’re not a fan of udon, you can opt for soba noodles instead.

The restaurant is currently offering an early bird set meal deal, which includes a set meal + salad + miso soup for just $68!!
The thick, fresh, and sweet salmon sashimi paired with the crunchy salmon roe creates a rich and layered flavor! I also added a chawanmushi (+$10), making the overall value even higher ❤️❤️

We ordered the French Foie Gras Sushi, Seared Jumbo Scallop Sushi, Seared Salmon Belly Sushi, and Botan Shrimp Sushi. Each piece was delicious, and the sashimi was very fresh 😋😋

We also tried their skewers, including Beef Tongue, Mentaiko Chicken Wings, Grilled Eel, and Chicken with Leek.
Our favorite was the "Beef Tongue 🐮"! Grilled to a perfect char on the outside while tender inside, with a rich beef flavor. Simply seasoned with salt and black pepper, it was incredibly tasty 👍🏻👍🏻

Finally, dessert time! The ice cream comes in matcha and milk vanilla flavors, paired with bouncy matcha jelly 🍵 and sweet red bean 🫘, offering satisfaction in every bite!!
