One day at Hysan Place, I was captivated by the Mid-Autumn Festival decorations at CouCou Hot Pot. The atmosphere was wonderful. Looking at the menu, I discovered they had a limited-time hot pot menu, a variety of new seafood dishes, and set meals. The set meal was a great value, so I ordered it for two.

The Oriental Beauty Concubine Autumn Moon Tea Soup Pot is one of the Mid-Autumn Festival special hotpots. It's generously packed with ingredients like pear slices, bamboo fungus, shiitake mushrooms, Jinhua ham, and dried scallops, making it both nourishing and healthy. Another special Mid-Autumn Festival special is the Golden Thread Drunken Moon Autumn Crab and Fish Stew Pot.

The beef short shank is tender yet chewy, offering a rich, layered texture. The meat is firm and low in fat, so it's not overly greasy.

The seafood platter includes shrimp, grouper slices, crispy grass carp, abalone, and cleaned, sand-free clams.

The lettuce is crispy, juicy, and sweet.

The Penguin Moon-Watching 🎑 is both festive and adorable. The penguin is a cuttlefish ball. The moon is a cuttlefish ball with tobiko roe.

The osmanthus pudding 🍮 has a delicate honey aroma and a light fruity flavor. Shake the plate and the pudding will sway.

In addition to the above items, the self-service condiment area offers about 10 sauces, braised pork rice, spicy cold snacks, spicy duck blood tofu, fried sweet potato balls, and fruit. All-you-can-eat, it's a great value.

For drinks, I ordered Chamicha's Dahongpao milk tea 🥤 and jasmine green tea 🍵, which were average.
