A treat for your taste buds!

Today my friend took me to "Frost Yuen" located in Sheung Wan for a very high quality Japanese meal!

The environment is clean and tidy, full of Japanese minimalist style, we chose to sit at the sushi table and watch the master make the dishes on the spot, ready to serve fresh enough 👍🏻! If a large group of friends come, you can sit in this floor-to-ceiling glass room, great for taking pictures!

This seaweed cup ~ completely my favorite, the whole seaweed served, plus fresh caviar and sweet toga, lightly placed with gold foil, completely taste buds enjoyment 😎!

Beautiful appetizers ~ soup leaves (bean-flavored bean curd skin), jellyfish sashimi (refreshing), boiled flower snails and black beans, completely carefully crafted 👍🏻👍🏻!

Akaho Golden Samurai Oysters ~ First time eating added Okinawa sea grapes, very rich taste, and served with sour jelly, especially fresh and sweet 😋!
