Yuen Long All-You-Can-Eat Taiwanese Hot Pot

We went to Niu Da Ren Hot Pot, and for 120 minutes of all-you-can-eat, it's really worth it. There are three price levels for the meat, and the rest of the hot pot ingredients, vegetables, dumplings, snacks, etc., are all unlimited, with a wide variety of choices. In addition to cold brew tea and packaged drinks, there are also hand-made drinks such as sour plum juice and duck shit fragrance lemon tea.

There are 10 types of hot pot soup bases to choose from. We chose the Niu Da Ren Braised Beef Bone Pot, which contains beef bones, longan, and other ingredients. The soup base is slightly spicy, fragrant but not overpowering the freshness of the ingredients.

We ordered the Australian Premium Wagyu All-You-Can-Eat (before 1930 on weekends $298 per person), and for less than $300 per person, you can eat unlimited Australian M5 Wagyu Beef Shoulder Roll, SRF American Black Beef Hind Leg, Angus Beef Short Rib, Hand-Cut Beef Chuck, and Premium Beef Belly. Each person also gets two Australian M9 Wagyu Beef Balls, which are not only chewy but also bursting with flavor. The value for money at this price is definitely high. The M5 Wagyu Beef Shoulder Roll is the most tender, the SRF Black Beef Hind Leg has the richest flavor, and the Angus Beef Short Rib has the highest fat content.

In addition to the meat, there are also seafood options such as clams, shrimp, and squid. Although the selection is not extensive, the freshness and sweetness make up for it.

After eating, there are different flavors of Dreyer's ice cream cones for dessert.
