Tokyo's Popular Chicken Broth Ramen Arrives at K11

Tokyo's popular chicken broth ramen shop has opened in Hong Kong's K11! This ramen shop, highly recommended by the Michelin Guide in Japan, is a must-try and unforgettable experience. It's a favorite for many when visiting Japan, and now it's finally here in Hong Kong with a taste that's quite similar.

✨ Chicken Broth Ramen ($98)
The chicken broth is rich, flavorful, and slightly sweet, packed with collagen. The seasoning is just right, and it's hard to resist finishing the entire bowl of soup. The noodles are perfectly cooked, neither too soft nor too hard. Adding fried garlic enhances the aroma and reduces the greasiness. The dish includes three pieces of tender chicken, which are not chewy at all. Other toppings include snow peas, pumpkin, and bamboo shoots. Additionally, I ordered a seasoned egg ($15), which was semi-runny and paired excellently with the ramen.

✨ Pan-Fried Dumplings ($38)
The pan-fried dumplings come in a set of five, freshly made to order. They are crispy and aromatic, with a filling of vegetables and pork. The skin is thin, but the filling could be more generous for an even better experience.

✨ Non-Alcoholic Plum Wine ($38)
This was my first time trying non-alcoholic plum wine, and it tasted almost the same as the alcoholic version. It was slightly sweeter and had a refreshing taste.
