I left work early today and went to a cha chaan teng for a 3:30 afternoon tea. When I came to Kowloon City, I tried the cha chaan teng of a Thai restaurant. Arrive around 3:30pm and you can sit directly without waiting.

The pork chop bun has hand-sized tender pork ribs sandwiched in crispy bread, mixed with crispy cucumber strips and sweet sauce, served with fruit salad, sweet and sour, and a cup of lemon tea, definitely the best afternoon tea combination!

Fried chicken wings can be served with french fries or salad. Fried chicken wings are a must for afternoon tea at a cha chaan teng. I ordered one each! Freshly fried, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the french fries are crispy and the portion is plentiful, and the salad is sweet and sour 😝😝!

Thai fried shrimp cakes and fish cakes are so delicious! There is a lot of shrimp meat inside, very full, bouncy, and the spicy sauce is also very appetizing.

📍: G/F, 34 Nga Tsien Wai Road, Kowloon City
🚆: Song Wong Tai Station, about 5 minutes walk
