🇭🇰 Kau Kee Restaurant

Coming to Hong Kong is mostly food-motivated for me and I have tried so many of them. Kau Kee restaurant is Michelin star rated and located at Central and super famous for their beef brisket noodles. This is also one of my favourite noodles. They have a minimum order and each person has to order 1 main dish. This restaurant was also visited by local politicians and famous celebrities. The interior is pretty cramped and is expected to share tables with strangers, making it like our hawker centre style but within a restaurant. This is pretty common in Hong Kong in a cramped space with limited seats.
