Relaxing Western Food on Sai Kung Waterfront

After staycation at WM Hotel, check out after looking for something to eat nearby, this restaurant with the hotel newly opened, the decoration is a little cafe feel, here focuses on Western meals and desserts.

Although it entered October, there was no autumn feeling at all. I didn't want to eat starch in the hot weather, so I ordered a dessert and salad with my friends and a cold drink each.

🥞Mango & Coconut Pancake
The pancake is very thick, there are two stacks high, bumping into the edge of the plate and seeing the pancake is very fluffy when shaken! The top layer is drizzled with coconut-flavored mango sauce, the taste is not fake potion flavor at all, with fresh fruit color is very rich, and no greasy stomach feeling.

This cup is a little less sweet than strawberry ice cream, the fruity flavor is more prominent, and has a milky smoothness. It tastes very fresh and suitable for summer heat!

This cup is more milky, with a light honey flavor with a strong vanilla flavor, drinking like melted ice cream, with a caramel crisp on top, more mouthfeel and increased sweetness!

🥗Beetroot Kale Salad
The main base of the salad is kale, paired with quinoa, beets, green apples, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds and dried berries, and seasoned with lemon vinegar for a sour and appetizing taste. The portion is very generous, perfect for lunch in hot weather.
