Eat in Saigon | Kachimushi | A small shop specializing in Dutch Baby Pancakes

On the Saturday at the end of September, #wafflesandshrimpcakes went to #Saigon again.

After parking, we found that the sea was very lively and there were many people participating in water activities.

I finally got to try Kachimushi, I arrived at around 11:30 in the morning and was able to book the entire restaurant.

Sit down and look at the menu first.

The waffle I want to try most is the Dutch Baby Pancake.

Start with a sip of the Flat White ($38).

As for food, the black truffle crab dip with toast ($108) was a pleasant surprise. The black truffle crab dip had plenty of crab meat, and the aroma of the black truffle did not overwhelm the freshness of the crab meat. The toast did not seem to be toasted, but it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and very delicious.

The only downside is that the dipping sauce is too watery and contains too much water.

The most anticipated fig pancake ($68) is here. Maybe my expectations were too high so I was a little disappointed. The pancake was not crispy enough.

After eating, I walked around and found that Saigon has added many murals in recent years.
