A dream dinner with thousands of jellyfish

In recent years, there are more and more theme restaurants opening in Hong Kong. In addition to being unique, the most important thing is to attract the parent-child market!

"Ocean Cube • Exploration Pavilion" is Hong Kong's first ocean exploration experience pavilion built in the city center. It covers an area of more than 10,000 square feet and is divided into several ocean-themed areas, including Hong Kong's first light and shadow ocean viewing window that combines real marine life and projection effects, a dream jellyfish kaleidoscope, a VR ocean exploration journey, an MR jellyfish school, an ocean children's playground and a special dining area.

This time, BeautySearch went to experience the jellyfish-themed restaurant. While dining, we admired the mirage-like underwater world and got close to different kinds of jellyfish, which made the experience even more romantic!

▫️Jumbo Tiger Prawn Pasta - Two large jumbo tiger prawns, with a strong shrimp flavor, firm and plump meat, and a thick and elastic texture; the pasta is thinner, each one is covered with garlic sauce and exudes a vanilla aroma

▫️Lobster Milkshake - The lobster soup is infused with mascarpone cheese cream, making the rich lobster soup taste as smooth as a milkshake

▫️Italian ham and scallop toast - large slices of toast, quite crispy, accompanied by tomato jam, adding more flavor; paired with Parma ham and scallops, it brings out the salty and fragrant flavor

▫️Australian Sirloin Steak - Strong beef flavor, evenly distributed fat, soft and smooth meat. Slice the steak in this environment and enjoy the taste of high-quality steak, which is extra delicious

▫️Dessert time, delicious and smooth vanilla soft serve ice cream, with chocolate sauce and crunchy cereal grains added to enhance the taste, simple and delicious
