Last time I tried the afternoon tea️ at Lion Rock Restaurant at Hotel Tokio️, they did an excellent and exquisite job in both desserts and savory.

This afternoon tea☕️ collaborated with Australian organic 🌿 aromatherapy skincare brand CANVAS, with the theme of rose 🌹, launched a magnificent wonderland afternoon tea, the chef uses dry ice for the mousse cake to create a smoke effect, like being in a fairyland.

Savory dishes include 🦞 lobster salad tart, 🦀 matsutake crabmeat tamagoyaki roll, grilled salmon roll, 🦐 cherry blossom shrimp soft cheese, mini crushed tuna fillet rice bowl.

Desserts include 🍰 Raspberry Litchi Rose Mousse Cake, Bergamot Rose Parfait, Rose Strawberry Watermelon Cake, Lime Rose Water Shingen Cake, Violet Raspberry Pavlova, 🍇 Grape Muffin.

Available from now until June 30, a CANVAS Rose All-Day Care Set and an aromatherapy mask accessory are available for purchase of a two-person package (value HK$495 each), the set includes Rose🌹 Moisturizing Cleansing Soufflé 10ml, Rose Hydrating Mask 10ml and Rose 24-hour Moisturizing Lotion 10ml.
