Vanilla

Vanilla

G/F, 33 Mosque Street, Mid-Levels

The owner used to work in a famous hotel in London and specializes in making continental desserts.

At that time, there were two stores, the Mid-Levels main store and the Admiralty branch.

The whole atmosphere of this place, Mid-Levels, is so leisurely.

This store gives me the same feeling.

There are not many seats, and they are all floor-standing window seats. Once you sit down, you can see the entire street view.

Eating delicious cakes, listening to music and reading books is very relaxing.

Louise, the British owner and pastry chef of Vanilla restaurant, was once the pastry chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Guy Savoy and is good at making continental desserts. Vanilla is located in the Mid-Levels. The restaurant seats 3 and the average cost per person is less than $50. The menu offers Western and bakery recommended delicacies, and the bill can be paid in cash.

Chocolate Truffle:

Strong cocoa flavor

Cheesecake:

Strong cheese flavor and creamy texture.

Lemon Tart
