Iceland's unique Diamond Black Sand Beach

A must-see for self-driving tourists: Breiðamerkursandur, the newest attraction in the south
Diamond Beach is located in Vatnajökull National Park on the south coast of Iceland.
The region has a diverse geological landscape including glaciers, mountains, rivers and volcanoes
It is also home to a variety of wild animals.
I heard you can see seals.
The scenic spot is about 370 kilometers away from the capital Lei City
The journey takes about 4-5 hours
Basically, after playing the winter limited event Blue Ice Cave
The next trip can be to the nearby Diamond Beach and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon.
Both attractions are nearby. Very close
The diamonds on the beach are the result of the melting of the Vatnajökull glacier.
Ice blocks of all sizes are carried to the sea along the waterway from the nearby glacial lake Jökulsárlón.
Then washed ashore by the waves
Looking around, it looks like huge diamonds inlaid on the black sand beach.
So it is not a man-made attraction, but a beautiful black sand beach covered with natural crushed ice.
If you can't catch the sunrise, you can go at sunset.
