Wulan Maodu · Grassland Suji|Unbelievably Beautiful, Like a Painting

On my first visit to Xipo’s home, I encountered top-tier grassland scenery.
It’s been 5 years since my last visit to Suji, but the location is as stunning as ever. I will remember the Wulan Maodu grassland forever. ❣️❣️
From the national highway turning onto the country road, slowly delving into the heart of the grassland, combined with the early autumn’s green-to-yellow transition colors and scattered grass clumps, every second on the pristine grassland is peaceful and healing, with only the autumn wind and birdsong remaining.

After passing the entrance bridge, the caretaker was waiting by the roadside. Although it was very windy the day I arrived, it couldn’t stop the picturesque scenery from welcoming me.
Luckily, there were not many guests that day, and I was upgraded to Xipo’s grassland view room. Opening the door, the ranch, grassland, and blue sky were all in full view. At night, opening the curtains revealed a sky full of stars. The elm trees and wild grass in the courtyard swayed in the wind. Sitting on the swing or riding a bike, every shot was a masterpiece. Even more fun, I flew a southern kite on the vast grassland—probably the first person to fly a kite at Suji, haha!

Xipo, Feiniaoji, and Jiwai are all gathered in the same area, while Nan’an and Dalezhie are in another zone. Each building has its own unique style but all blend perfectly into the vast grassland with wild luxury design, making every frame a visual oil painting.

In the evening, I drove to the Valley Hotel. The valley scenery is very picturesque, and the grassland on the opposite riverbank stretches to the sky, but the rooms are not standalone like those in the Suji area. It’s fine for photos but not the first choice for accommodation. On the other side, the Volcano Grassland Hotel was only seen by its sign; for some reason, it is closed.

🌟 Near Grassland Suji, there are various grassland experience activities run by herders: horseback riding 🐎, sheep feeding 🐏, archery 🏹, dune buggy rides, Mongolian costume photo shoots.
🌟 For food, you can book at various branded guesthouses or choose herder restaurants to taste local Mongolian cuisine.
Although prices are high and rooms are hard to get during peak season, I strongly recommend everyone to visit Grassland Suji at least once in their life. For wild luxury vacations, I only trust Suji!
