A beautiful place to relax

I spent near about two weeks in Houston. It's not longer about travel and I have a comfortable place to put up. Also, I like Houston, or Texas in general. A lot of my time was spent exploring parks in Houston and being around nature. Along with the Hermann park, the same Houston park is my favourite place to visit and sort of destress.

While it offers you the usual nature comforts that comes with a park. What's special about the same Houston park is the Heritage society. My favourite spot was that big tree outside with a bench. You could spend hours there reading. Unfortunately in my case reading on the phone. But such a soothing and picturesque setting. One the other side there is a pond too. This area is massive and allows for lot of things.

It's also got some stunning views especially around the sunset hour. One can get a nice run out there. If I remember correctly the entire trail is just a little more than four miles. Best part it is not too far from things. Be it downtown or places to eat. Yet, it has a hidden gem sort of a feel. Give it a try.
