Road tripping in Taiwan is fun thing to do, be in a self drive or a hired chauffeur where people normally called it bao che. There is this place where you have to travel from wuling towards hualien called the tunnel of nine turns.

This is a unique tunnel where its build inside of the mountains of Taiwan, where you can do hikes and also on elevated walkways where the view below you is an amazing Gorge with clear views of the water. There is also a stores on geological studies written along these walls. It's not a very long walk but it's wheelchair friendly for sure.
