Stopped by a nearby breakfast spot that seemed popular with a steady stream of customers. Decided to give it a try!

The dine-in area is clean, and there are various sauces to choose from. You order by marking your choices on a menu and then find a seat. Although the environment is clean, it was uncomfortably hot inside. Ironically, I even ordered a bowl of noodles despite the heat (awkward laugh~).

The chive pan-fried bun bursts with the aroma of chives when you take a bite. The filling includes diced dried tofu and vermicelli. Be sure to add some chili sauce for an enhanced flavor. The small intestine noodles have just the right thickness, and the intestines are clean without any odd taste. However, the heat made me sweat while eating.
