Experience magical mountains and waterfalls at Baligou Scenic Area

We took the train to Xinxiang to spend a day in Baligou Scenic Area, which is located at the Southern foot of the Taihang Mountains in Central China. This is a 5A attraction and considering we visited on a holiday, it was refreshingly quiet.

Getting There - from Xinxiang, the ticket office is around an hour’s drive. E-hailing was about ¥120, but it’s also possible to take a bus from Xinxiang and change in Huixian. 🚖

Attractions - take the shuttle bus to the Bali Gou Mountain transfer gate and walk to the Galaxy waterfall, stopping at the other scenic spots along the way. The scenery is beautiful! 🏞️

With the entrance ticket, you can also access the Jiu Lian mountain and Tian Jie mountain - recommended to start early and spend 2 days to see all three areas.

💰Average Price per Person: The entrance ticket cost about ¥160 including the buses.
