A summer trip to the Hunter Valley is paradise for wine lovers like me. I joined a small tasting tour and visited a few family-owned vineyards—the Semillon and Shiraz were outstanding. The scenery was all rolling hills and green vines under clear blue skies. I also stopped at a cheese shop and a chocolate factory (no regrets!). It’s peaceful, scenic, and a total treat. Whether you’re sipping or just soaking in the views, Hunter Valley is a dream.
