Explore the four pagodas, each reflecting the architectural style of the Early Qing Dynasty. These pagodas are an excellent representation of the Qing architectural style, with intricate carvings and historical significance. Take time to photograph the pagodas and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The Four Towers of the early Qing Dynasty (namely, Shenyang East Tower, West Tower, South Tower, and North Tower) are located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.
The four towers outside Shenyang City, namely the East, West, South and North Towers, were built by Emperor Taizong of the Qing Dynasty, Huang Taiji, after he believed the Lama Master's lobbying that "building four square white towers can unify the country." It was a major construction project in Shengjing City (Shenyang) in the early Qing Dynasty.
Construction began in 1643 (the eighth year of Chongde) and was completed in 1645 (the second year of Shunzhi).
A temple was built under each tower. The towers and temples were built at the same time. According to the inscriptions on the stele, "A solemn temple was built on each of the four sides of Shengjing. In each temple, there was a big Buddha, two Buddhas on the left and right, eight Bodhisattvas, four heavenly kings, and a stupa. In the east, there was the Hui Deng Liang Zhao, so it was named Yongguang Temple; in the south, there was the Pu An Zhong Shu, so it was named Guangci Temple; in the west, there was the Qian Zhu Sheng Shou, so it was named Yanshou Temple; in the north, there was the Spreading Dharma, so it was named Falun Temple."
The four pagodas and four temples symbolize the four great Vajras who are mighty in all directions, protecting the country and the people, and blessing the country with "no disasters and the arrival of the five blessings."
