[Takeuchi Genzo Memorial Museum: Imizu City, Toyama Prefecture]

This is a memorial museum for Takeuchi Genzo, a plasterer who was active mainly in the Hokuriku region and is said to be a master of trowel painting.

The building is said to have been repurposed from the former Kosugi Town Hall.

Most of the works on display in the museum are so large that they could be easily transported using a forklift, but the "Nagoshi Twin Dragons," one of the largest trowel paintings in Japan, located immediately in front of you after passing through the entrance, was very impressive✨

It wasn't crowded, so I was able to take my time looking around‼
