Magnetic Hill, where your car is supposed to move up the hill by itself, defying gravity. Like most people, I was curious and a little excited to finally see the "anti-gravity" phenomenon that Leh is known for.

The highway was bustling with speeding cars, but strangely, no one was around Magnetic Hill. On one side, there was an ATV, Viking Ride, and a zipline area.

Although the magic of Magnetic Hill is an illusion, that hasn't stopped the creation of legends and myths about it. This is more folklore than theory. Locals believe that there was once a path to heaven. Common legends suggest that an unusual or powerful magnetic field at Magnetic Hill is responsible for this strange phenomenon. This belief is often fueled by the name "Magnetic Hill," which alludes to its connection to magnetism.
