Inuyama Castle National Treasure Keep

Inuyama Castle is the oldest among Japan's 12 remaining ancient castle keeps and one of only five designated as National Treasures. It was originally built in 1537 during the Muromachi period by Oda Nobuyasu, the uncle of Oda Nobunaga.
Nearby, there is Inuyama Castle Town, a well-preserved old town area surrounding the castle. It exudes a nostalgic charm and offers visitors the chance to experience local culture.
