Recommended in Ishigaki Island - Reservations required! Shunya Banchan

The fluffy and jiggly dashimaki eggs are so delicious at Shunya Banchan. Reservations are required, so I made a reservation by phone that morning.
A slightly luxurious morning banchan meal for 2,200 yen. A set of two main side dishes to choose from. I chose fluffy and creamy dashimaki eggs and cartilage soki stewed in oyster sauce.
Their specialty dashimaki eggs are made with about three local eggs, and the meringue-like batter is baked one portion at a time. The fluffy and jiggly dashimaki eggs melted in my mouth and were so delicious.
