The Turkey Miniature

A great activity to do while in Istanbul! Miniaturk is an amazing open air museum with miniature replicas of almost all the iconic and historically significant monuments/ structures of Turkey. It wasn't crowded as this is not a typical touristy spot. We spent about 2 hours here. There are so many models (awesome to see) and the whole place is very impressively put together. Fair note for those who are thinking of visiting during these (pandemic) times - we assume because of there are far less tourists - they are essentially operating in low season style. Still, we really enjoyed ourselves and had a great snack and coffee at the establishment restaurant (which is fully open) now that the restrictions have been lifted in Turkey! 🇹🇷⛅️🌟🚶🏻‍♀️🍃 #solstice #urbanexplorer #summervacation #ancientlandmark
