On the way there (Narita to Toronto), I chose the Japanese course.
The appetizer, simmered dish, main dish, miso soup, and dessert were all perfectly balanced.
The dashi broth in particular was mild, making it easy to relax on a long-haul flight.

A wide selection of cakes, cheeses, and berries.
The flight attendant said, "You can choose everything, too." 😉
→ I tried a little of everything without hesitation (lol)

I went to the Air Canada Signature Suite,
available only to select business class passengers.

・Subdued lighting and a quiet space◎

▶︎ Completely different from the regular Maple Leaf Lounge
▶︎ Access is limited to "full-fare international business class flights with AC flight numbers"
▶︎ Not available with mileage upgrades or codeshare flights = an incredibly rare experience!
