🏔️Tateyama Kurobe Alps, really! Very beautiful! In addition to the famous huge snow wall "Snow Valley" in winter, the three autumn leaves from September to October are very spectacular.
Our trip in October gave us a good opportunity to see the "three stages of red leaves" landscape, which included "snow on the mountain", "red and yellow leaves halfway up the mountain", and "green trees changing color at the foot of the mountain".

🍁The best viewing period is from early to mid-October every year. The Tateyama Ropeway connects Kurobe-daira and Daikan-bo, and offers a 360-degree panoramic view and a mountain range 3,000 meters above sea level.

Tateyama Murododaira is located in the center of the Alpine Route. The view of the snow-covered mountains reflected on the surface of the lake at Yukuri Pond is an unforgettable experience.
Winter: From November to April, the mountain is closed and no one is allowed to enter.
Spring: April to June is the best time to enjoy the stunning views of the snow walls, and the snow begins to melt.

1️⃣How to get to Tateyama Kurobe Tateyama Kurobe generally refers to the route from Tateyama Station on the Toyama side to Ogizawa on the Nagano side. Most people choose to go there from Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.
🚆Nagoya (JR Limited Express 2 hours) → Matsumoto (JR Oito Line 55 minutes) → Shinano Omachi (Route Bus 40 minutes) → Ogizawa 🚉Nagoya (JR Limited Express 3 hours 40 minutes) → Toyama (Toyama Railway 1 hour) → Tateyama.
