Introducing Shimei Bay

Shimei Bay is located south of the Xinglong Overseas Chinese Farm in Wanning City, Hainan Province, 12 kilometers from the Xinglong Overseas Chinese Tourism and Economic Zone. The bay boasts lush vegetation, with vast coconut groves, rubber trees, and other tropical crops, complemented by coconut palms and betel nut trees. The six-kilometer-long turquoise sea and white beach are framed by gently sloping hillsides covered in lush vegetation. It has been hailed by experts from the World Tourism Organization as Hainan's most beautiful remaining undeveloped bay.

The harbor is usually calm, with a 7-kilometer-long beach and a water depth of only 3 meters for nearly 100 meters. It's perfect for swimming and playing in the water. There's a nice bookstore on the beach where you can rest after a few minutes of play. There's also the Xingyunliushui restaurant nearby where you can enjoy seafood while watching the sea.
