Right next to Hyeopjae Beach, it's a wonderful cafe called Comma with a view of Biyangdo.

The 1st to 3rd floors are cafes, and some of the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor rooftop seats are like the ones in the photo.
One of the seats on the 3rd floor is a photo zone, so you can take a great photo without fighting over a seat!
I recommend it because the drinks are delicious and the view is pretty.
I personally thought the sunset was really pretty!
