Honestly, do you know that there aren't many cafes worth going to in Jeju City Hall🥹

A trustworthy cafe that I go to every time I go to City Hall, Neutral!

I've heard a lot that cafes on the second floor don't do well in business, but this isn't the case😎

Despite being on the second floor, it's still hot!

The croffle topped with salty brown cheese is crispy and chewy, and it goes especially well with ice cream!

The latte with ice cream is also really delicious🤍

This place turns into a cafe & cocktail bar after 6pm!

You can order cocktails or drinks.

I tried the dried persimmon cream cheese for the first time, and it tasted different! The harmony of Korean and Western food...🥹

And this is my favorite! Nutty caramel. . .

It's a flavor I've never tried before. I've never had it in my life, so I can't compare it to anything, but it's really delicious, so I hope you try it!
