Stop & Snap: Dragon Head Rock Jeju

#summervacay

Located conveniently near Jeju City, Yongduam Rock (Dragon Head Rock) is a popular tourist spot known for its unique shape that resembles a dragon leaping from the sea. Since it was along our route, we decided to drop by for a quick visit.

The setup reminded us a bit of Seongsan Ilchulbong—there’s a staircase leading down to the base where you can get a closer look at the rock formation. The view was stunning, especially with the waves crashing around the dragon-shaped rock.

There are several cafes and restaurants nearby, making it a nice spot for a short break. We spent about half an hour there.

In my opinion, it’s not a must-visit destination on its own, but if you’re already in the area, it’s worth a quick stop to soak in the coastal scenery and snap a few photos.
