Sunset at Hyeopjae & Fresh Sashimi at the Accommodation

A day in Jeju—before the sun set, I visited Hyeopjae Beach. The emerald sea transformed into a golden hue as it was painted by the sunset, creating a breathtakingly beautiful scene beyond words. With Biyangdo Island in the distance as a backdrop, the view was something that couldn't be fully captured in photos—it was simply mesmerizing.

After soaking in the sunset, I enjoyed a dinner of dome sashimi at my accommodation, which I had picked up from Gimnyeong Orai. 🥢 The sashimi, freshly sliced as if straight off the cutting board, was light, fresh, and delicious. Enjoying it in the comfort of my accommodation turned it into a feast that rivaled any high-end restaurant.

As the day came to an end, with the sea, the sunset, and the seasonal delicacies of Jeju, I realized once again why every day in Jeju feels so special. ✨
