Jeju Island Vegan Cafe, ‘Pengohoda’

#Pengohoda

It's always good to meet new people. On this day, I met a writer I got to know while taking photos and running an account. There was a cafe I originally planned to go to, but when I arrived in front of the cafe, it felt so quiet that I searched and found out it was closed. So I quickly turned around and went to a cafe called 'Pengohoda'.

This place, 'Pengohoda', was in a quiet and secluded town, so maybe that's why the atmosphere inside the space was calm. It was the perfect amount of quietness to talk to someone. It was also great to chat about this and that with a writer I met for the first time. I was sad that I couldn't go to the cafe I originally planned to go to, but I had saved 'Pengohoda' to visit someday, and it was nice to be able to have a lot of conversations in a calm atmosphere.

I used to like meeting new people, but since I came up to Seoul last summer and started living there, I had fewer opportunities to meet new people. My main job is so busy, and on my days off, I'm so tired that I don't go out anywhere, so it might have been even worse, but if I get the chance, I want to meet more new people. I want to talk a lot about photos and other people's daily lives.
