Jeju Island 💕 Eating sashimi by the sea is so satisfying👍

#SignUpSeptemberHotelTestSleeper2025 There was a very friendly guy in the restaurant. Knowing we weren't Korean, he tried his best to explain each fish dish in English and how to eat it. When he didn't understand something, he even looked it up in his phone dictionary. He was so sweet!

We ordered a sashimi platter and hamachi, each for 60,000 won. Although the portions were small, they were incredibly filling!! The thick slices of fish were incredibly satisfying with their rich fats!!! I absolutely loved the sashimi head.

The fish was incredibly fresh, much of it having arrived today. From color to texture, it was impeccable. If you're afraid of consuming it on its own, try dipping it in wasabi soy sauce and combining it with nori-wrapped tobiko rice balls and bean sprouts for a richer and more flavorful experience!!

We also ordered the signature soup. The fish was fresh and tender, and the tofu was perfectly cooked. The spicy Korean broth combined with the fish's flavor was simply amazing!

Eating while gazing at the breathtaking ocean view is truly relaxing.
