Cheongho Restaurant

One of the must-try dishes during a trip to Jeju is seafood ramen. Especially, seafood ramen with a whole fresh octopus is a unique menu item you can only enjoy in Jeju.

This time, I visited Cheongho Restaurant. It is located in Samdal-ri, about an hour's drive from Jeju Airport, and is also known as a filming location.

What impressed me the most about the octopus ramen was that they don't use any instant ramen seasoning. Instead, they prepare a fresh seafood broth every morning.

The flavor was rich yet clean, and you could adjust the spiciness to your liking, which was a nice touch.

The dish was generously filled with octopus, mussels, and abalone, making it feel like a bowl that truly captures the essence of the sea.
