Located near Seogwipo's new downtown area and Jeju World Cup Stadium, Haemin's Yang Gopchang is a popular meat restaurant offering a variety of fresh special tripe and tripe. The assorted tripe I ordered this time was generously portioned with special tripe, large intestine, tripe, and yeomtong. It was light and odorless, packed with tripe, and the more I chewed, the more savory it became. The accompanying gopchang jeongol (beef tripe stew) had a refreshing and spicy broth, and the generous portions of tripe gave it a rich flavor. The side dishes were also clean, and the staff even helped me prepare the first course, making for a comfortable dining experience. The generous portions and excellent value for money make it a popular choice among locals.
